Where are my items shipping from?

All items are shipped from 2430 John Long Road Oneida, Tennessee. We currently do not have a physical store location and are online order only but do offer local pick up for those who live in our area.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally but the free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

When will my items ship?

Shipping times are calculated with business days, which are Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Normal processing time (before shipment) is 1-2 days except for personalized items which may require more time (if additional time is required it will be listed under each item). If you haven’t received your item within 2 weeks of ordering, please contact Customer Service.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. Be sure to double and triple check your items, quantities, personalization, and shipping info before hitting submit.

You are able to cancel your complete order within 24 hours of it being placed by emailing us your order # at support@pickyoursunshine.com. 

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase; if you don't love your item please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund but we do ask you to pay for return shipping. All bath & body, candy gifts, personalized or custom made product sales are final. Please contact us at Customer Service if you have an issue with an item.

What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service with the order number and a photo of the damage as soon as possible so that they can resolve the problem quickly. This will help us get it right and avoid the same situation in the future. Please contact us within 14 days of the purchase of your order.
