Refund policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and services, so before sending out your package we check it twice and hand pack each order.
1. Cancellation Policy:
Because we pride ourselves in mailing your order out as quickly as possible cancellations can only be made within the first 24 hours. The buyer needs to contact us first with the reason for cancellation so we can arrange a refund. Refunds may take 2 or more days to process.
All shipped out orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy:
How to deal with, If the item arrives damaged?
Unfortunately, packages do sometimes get damaged during shipping (even with our best efforts).
First: If you receive a damaged product, contact us at support@pickyourshine.com with your order number and we will work to get you a replacement; please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Second: We may request photos of the damage and have you email those to us at support@pickyoursunshine.com
Third: If damage cannot be proved but you want to return the product, all items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
If the product is personalized items, bath and beauty products or candy/food items they can only be returned if the product is damaged. We do NOT accept general returns on personalized items due to the extra work on the personalization or bath and body or food/candy items due to health concerns.
In order to compensate for the customers out of pocket expense we can issue you a discount code for a future purchase.
3. Refund Policy:
If your returns is accepted the refund will be sent in 2+ days after the order is cancelled and the return package is delivered.
If the buyer paid by PayPal, the money would refund in 2 working days; If by credit card or bank transfer, it takes 3 days or more time for the bank to process the refund.
General refunds are not accepted on bath and beauty items as well as food items (due to health concerns).
